Delivery

Once you've chosen your perfect chocolate gift, be it a hamper, bouquet or box and placed it into your basket, you are probably wondering how long it will be until it is delivered. Also, what sort of delivery options do we offer at the Sweet Hamper Company.

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed, not including weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed on a Friday will usually be processed the following Monday.

We use the Royal Mail as our postal service and deliver within the UK and Northern Ireland. Delivery charges will be reflected on whether you choose the delivery option of first or second class delivery. Delivery options can be selected at checkout. However, orders over £50 will have free delivery!

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Delays once dispatched are out of our control.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil all subscription orders on or before the same day every month (15th).

Upon receipt, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong. We want to make sure you are happy with everything from the Sweet hamper Company.
