How do I add a personalised card?

On each of the products we offer personalisation on there is a gold ‘personalise it’ button. Click these, enter your message and select your card! How to I ship to more than one address? Add all the desired products to checkout and when you get to check you can tick the ’ship to multiple addresses’ button

How can I change my order?

If you need to make a change to your order please email us as soon as possible on hey@sweethampercompany.co.uk - we send a lot of orders out same day and once its been collected by Royal Mail we unfortunately won’t be able to change it.

What can I do if my order is going to the wrong address?

How can I track my order?

Once we have fulfilled the order you will be emailed with a tracking link. Please make sure you use an email address when placing your order to receive updates on the delivery.

What are the delivery options?

We offer Royal Mail tracked 24 and tracked 48 hour delivery options. All orders over £60 are sent via Royal Mail tracked 24.

Can I select a delivery date?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer specific delivery dates.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Due to the nature of our products and export constraints sending gifts overseas, we currently only ship within the UK and The Channel Islands.

What methods of payment do you take?

We accept all visa and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna and Clearpay, Google pay

Are any of your sweet hampers gluten free?

Unfortunately we cannot currently guarantee any of our products are gluten free, but we are looking to introduce a range soon!
